What we deliver

For each paid order, KeepInHeart produces one personalized illustrated book (PDF + optional print) using the photo and details you provided. Delivery is typically 3-5 business days for digital and longer for print depending on shipping destination.

Content & likeness

You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose photo you upload, and that you have the right to share the photo with us for the purpose of creating the book.

Limitation of liability

KeepInHeart is provided "as is". Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
